Chhattisgarh HC: Timely Appointment of Electronic Evidence Examiners Vital in Cyber Crime Probes - (16 Oct 2025)

Chhattisgarh High Court raised concern over the lack of Examiners of Electronic Evidence in the state, stating that this absence hampers the efficiency of law enforcement and judicial authorities in promptly investigating and addressing cyber offences.
