SC: Gender-Neutral JAG Appointments Judgment Not Retrospective - (16 Oct 2025)

Supreme Court clarified that its judgment removing reservation for men in the Indian Army’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) post does not apply retrospectively, ensuring ongoing recruitment processes remain unaffected by this ruling.
