Bombay HC Awards ?6 Lakh for Pothole Deaths, Urges Accountability for Civic Bodies - (14 Oct 2025)

Bombay High Court ruled that contractors and civic authorities will be held liable for deaths caused by potholes or bad roads and must pay compensation to the victims’ families, ensuring accountability for road safety and timely maintenance.
