Delhi High Court: Tenant Cannot Dispute Landlord's Title During Tenancy - (14 Oct 2025)

Delhi High Court held that a tenant cannot dispute the landlord's title during tenancy, even if forgery is alleged, as long as there is no credible evidence or challenge from legal heirs to support such claims, thereby eliminating any triable issue.
