Delhi HC: No Blanket Protection for Litigants from Counsel’s Negligence - (13 Oct 2025)

Delhi High Court clarified that although litigants are generally protected from their counsel’s negligence, this is not an absolute rule, and in certain cases, a litigant may be held accountable for the lawyer’s lapses depending on the circumstances and conduct involved.
