Delhi HC: Father Granted Custody When Mother’s Adultery Allegation Includes Neglect - (13 Oct 2025)

Delhi High Court held that a father is entitled to custody of a child when allegations of the mother’s adultery are combined with deliberate neglect and conscious abdication of her maternal duties towards the minor, prioritizing the child’s welfare and best interests in such cases.
