Delhi HC Safeguards Sudhir Chaudhary’s Personality Rights, Orders Takedown of Deepfakes - (10 Oct 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court on October 10 passed an interim order protecting the personality rights of Sudhir Chaudhary, Editor-in-Chief of DD News, directing the takedown of allegedly misleading and AI-generated videos circulating against him on social media platforms.
