Kerala HC Slams Litigants in Munambam Land Case, Notes Waqf Board's Inaction - (10 Oct 2025)

Kerala High Court observed that litigants challenging the inquiry commission in the Munambam land dispute were acting on behalf of other interested parties with ulterior motives, merely masquerading as aggrieved individuals to obstruct the state's investigation process.
