Delhi HC: Disclosure of Company Disputes to Concerned Party Doesn’t Amount to Defamation - (09 Oct 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court observed that communications made in the context of ongoing legal disputes, aimed at protecting a company’s financial interests, are protected under defamation law and do not amount to defamation when shared with parties having a legitimate interest.
