Supreme Court: Sex Education Must Start Early, Not Just From Classes IX to XII - (09 Oct 2025)

Supreme Court opined that sex education should be introduced in school curriculums from a younger age and not limited only to Classes IX to XII, emphasizing the importance of early awareness and education on this subject for children’s overall development and safety.
