Supreme Court: Fake Driver’s License Doesn’t Free Insurer Unless Owner Allowed Violation - (09 Oct 2025)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court ruled that an insurance company cannot recover compensation from a vehicle owner solely because the driver used a fake license, providing relief to owners unless it is proven that they knowingly allowed the driver to breach licensing rules.
