Supreme Court: Minor Can Repudiate Guardian’s Voidable Sale by Conduct After Majority - (09 Oct 2025)

Supreme Court ruled that a minor, upon attaining majority, can repudiate a guardian’s voidable sale not only by filing a suit but also through clear conduct, like selling the property to a third party, thus negating the need for formal legal proceedings to invalidate the transaction.
