Rajasthan HC: State Must Set Up Trauma Centre, Art Institute; Temple Board Can Only Assist - (08 Oct 2025)

Rajasthan High Court modified its order, holding that the responsibility for developing a Trauma Centre and a National-Level Institution to promote Indian Art in Nathdwara lies with the State Government, while the Nathdwara Temple Board is to provide necessary assistance.
