Supreme Court Acquits Chennai Man Sentenced to Death in Child Rape-Murder Case - (08 Oct 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court overturned the conviction and death sentence of Dashwanth, accused of raping and murdering a 7-year-old girl in Mugalivakkam, Chennai, in 2017, setting him free after reviewing the evidence and legal grounds of the case.
