Supreme Court Rejects Senthil Balaji’s Plea Calling it ‘Misconceived’ - (06 Oct 2025)

Supreme Court rejected ex-Tamil Nadu Minister V Senthil Balaji's plea to remove remarks that led to his resignation. In April, a bench warned Balaji to choose between "post" and "freedom" after bail in a money laundering case, prompting his resignation and the disposal of bail recall applications.
