Bombay HC: FIR Registration or DRT Proceedings Don't Bar Arbitration Reference - (06 Oct 2025)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court has held that disputes between Mangal Credit, Fincorp, and Ulka Chandrashekhar Nair are arbitrable under the Arbitration Act despite fraud and forgery allegations and a pending FIR since 2023. The court ruled contractual obligations cannot be discarded at this stage.
