Bombay HC Dismisses Anil Ambani's Plea against SBI's Fraud Loan Classification - (03 Oct 2025)

Bombay High Court refused to quash the State Bank of India’s order classifying the loan account of Reliance Communications and its chairman, Anil Ambani, as "fraud," upholding SBI's decision and dismissing Ambani’s plea against this classification.
