Karnataka High Court: PTCL Act Can Apply Again if Restored Land is Later Transferred - (01 Oct 2025)

Karnataka HC, differing from a co-ordinate bench, held that if land restored under the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prohibition of Transfer of Certain Lands) Act is transferred again, the grantee can invoke the Act again to seek resumption and restoration.
