Delhi HC Bars Rupa from Selling 'Coat-Pocket' Constitution Edition in EBC-Like Trade Dress - (01 Oct 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court, in a trademark infringement suit filed by Eastern Book Company (EBC), restrained Rupa Publications from publishing or selling its 'coat pocket' edition of the Constitution of India Bare Act, citing similarities in trade dress that could mislead consumers.
