Rajasthan HC Raises Rs.3.15L Compensation, Values Homemaker’s Role in Accident Case - (01 Oct 2025)

Rajasthan High Court enhanced the compensation awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal for the death of a homemaker. The court emphasized the “significant and invaluable contribution of homemakers” while increasing the compensation amount.
