Delhi High Court: UNHCR Refugee Card Not a Substitute for Valid Visa - (30 Sep 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Delhi High Court observed that certification by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) does not serve as a valid substitute for a visa under the Foreigners Act, 1946, and foreign nationals must possess proper travel documents to legally stay in India.
