Delhi HC: 45-Day Period to File Replication Starts from Recording of Delayed Written Statement - (30 Sep 2025)

Delhi HC clarified that the 45-day period to file a rejoinder or replication does not begin simply because a belated written statement is served by the defendant on the plaintiff. The timeline starts only when the court officially records the delayed written statement, not from its advance service.
