Delhi HC: Admissions Can't be Delayed Due to RCI's Dispute with Aptitude Test Organisers - (29 Sep 2025)

Delhi High Court refused to stall admissions of specially-abled candidates to diploma courses, despite a contractual dispute between the Rehabilitation Council of India and a private entity that was awarded the tender to conduct the aptitude test, citing the need to avoid academic delays.
