SC: Only Valid Sales During Insolvency Protected After Annulment under S.37 Of Insolvency Act - (29 Sep 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court, in a dispute over partnership shareholding clarified that only valid transactions during insolvency are protected after annulment. It upheld a 1983 sale of a 1-anna share by a court-appointed Receiver to a partner as valid under insolvency law.
