Karnataka High Court: X Corp Can't Use Article 19 to Challenge Social Media Laws - (29 Sep 2025)

Karnataka High Court held that X Corp, formerly Twitter, being a foreign entity, cannot invoke Article 19 of the Indian Constitution to challenge social media laws, stating that a company without a physical presence in India cannot raise baseless claims against the nation's laws.
