SC: Minimum Wage in Accident Claims Must Consider Work Nature, Not Just Education - (29 Sep 2025)

The Supreme Court ruled that in motor accident compensation cases, minimum wages cannot be fixed solely based on a person’s educational qualifications; the nature of the work performed must also be considered when determining the income.
