Delhi High Court: SC’s COVID Limitation Extensions Apply to Attachment Proceedings under PMLA - (26 Sep 2025)

Delhi HC ruled that the Supreme Court’s suo motu directions extending limitation periods due to the COVID-19 pandemic also apply to the adjudication and confirmation of attachment of properties under Sec 8 Prevention of Money Laundering Act, ensuring timely proceedings despite pandemic-related delay
