Kerala High Court Directs Expedited Service of Summons in MP/MLA Cases Pending over 10 Years - (25 Sep 2025)

Kerala High Court directed the state government and court administration to instruct Nodal Officers to expedite the service of summons in cases against MPs and MLAs pending for over 10 years, aiming to speed up the legal process and reduce undue delays.
