Kerala High Court: Repayment of Misappropriated Funds Does Not End Criminal Prosecution - (25 Sep 2025)

Kerala High Court held that repaying the misappropriated amount or its value in corruption cases does not end criminal prosecution. The court clarified that repayment cannot be used as a defense to avoid or halt ongoing criminal proceedings in such cases.
