Delhi High Court: Refund Dispute Between a Passenger and Airline is Not a Commercial Dispute - (24 Sep 2025)

Delhi High Court held that an agreement for providing basic services in exchange for payment cannot automatically be treated as a commercial agreement, and disputes arising from such agreements cannot always be classified as commercial disputes under the relevant legal framework.
