Delhi High Court: Adjudicators Must Avoid 'Heavens Would Not Fall' View; Every Day's Delay Matters - (24 Sep 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Delhi High Court stressed the need for adjudicators to abandon the “heavens would not fall” approach, stating that each day’s deferment matters unless unavoidable. The court made the remarks while hearing a plea by Parsvnath Developers challenging an NCLT order under IBC.
