SC Finds 3-Year Delay in Case Listing Disturbing and Orders an Inquiry Against the Registry - (24 Sep 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court condemned its Registry for delaying the listing of a case by over three years despite a clear order to list it immediately after service. The Court directed the Registrar (Judicial) to investigate the lapse and submit a report within two weeks naming the responsible officer.
