Supreme Court: Only Original Order Can Be Appealed, Not the Order Dismissing Review Petition - (24 Sep 2025)

Supreme Court held that an order dismissing a review petition cannot be challenged independently, as it only reaffirms the original decree or order. Therefore, any aggrieved party must challenge the original order itself, not the order rejecting the review.
