Rajasthan High Court Imposes Unique Bail Condition Banning Youth from Social Media for Three Years - (22 Sep 2025)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court granted bail to a 19-year-old accused of circulating explicit content and intimidating a complainant on social media. The Court imposed a unique bail condition banning the accused from using any social media platform for three years under his own or any fictitious name.
