Bombay HC Denies Anticipatory Bail, Says Promise of 10-15% Monthly Profit Shows Dishonest Intent - (22 Sep 2025)

Bombay High Court held that promising abnormally high guaranteed profits in intra-day trading shows prima facie dishonest intent, attracting criminal liability. The Court noted no genuine business yields assured 10–15% monthly profits, and such claims cannot be treated as mere civil disputes.
