Delhi High Court: SEBI's Insider Trading Probe Info is Exempt from Disclosure under RTI Act - (19 Sep 2025)

Delhi HC has ruled that details of SEBI’s internal investigation are exempt from disclosure under the Right to Information Act, 2005. A division bench upheld a prior order refusing to interfere with the decision denying the Appellant access to information based on her complaint.
