Madras HC: Railway Authorities Can't Deboard Valid-Ticket Passengers Heading to Protest - (18 Sep 2025)

Madras HC ruled that railway authorities cannot deboard passenger with a valid ticket simply because they are traveling to participate in a protest. The court emphasized that under the Railways Act deboarding is only allowed in limited cases like traveling without a ticket or in unauthorized areas.
