J&K&L HC: Dealership & Lease Agreements Are Separate Contracts and Disputes Must Be Filed Separately - (17 Sep 2025)

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court reiterated that a dealership agreement and a lease agreement are independent and distinct contracts. The Court held that disputes arising from these agreements cannot be required to be resolved in a single litigation, emphasizing their separate legal nature.
