CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court acquitted a man sentenced to four years' rigorous imprisonment for alleged possession and manufacture of arrack, noting the prosecution's failure to prove his ownership of the property where the contraband was found and its non-compliance with Section 53A of the Abkari Act.
