Delhi HC: Wife Can Be Denied Maintenance If She Fails To Submit Latest Salary Slips - (15 Sep 2025)

Delhi HC ruled that if a wife fails to produce her latest salary slips, courts can infer she has sufficient income and deny maintenance claims. The absence of proof on financial hardship weakens her case to claim maintenance from the husband, allowing courts to draw adverse conclusions accordingly.
