Sc: When Sale Deed Is Void, Possession Suit Follows 12-Year Limitation under Article 65, Not Art 59 - (15 Sep 2025)

SC rules suit for possession against a void sale deed follows 12-year limitation under Article 65, not 3 years under Art. 59 of Limitation Act, 1963. Possession by defendant via forged deed is adverse, allowing plaintiff to file suit within 12 years.
