Delhi HC: GST Officials Need Lawyer’s Consent or Presence to Access Their Computer Devices - (12 Sep 2025)

Delhi HC warned GST Dept against accessing advocates’ computers without their presence or consent. Justices Singh and Jain stressed this protects attorney-client confidentiality and prevents serious privacy breaches, prohibiting GST officials from opening advocates’ devices unilaterally.
