Telangana HC Quashes Case on Anti-Congress Tweets, Issues New FIR Guidelines for Social Media Posts - (11 Sep 2025)

Telangana HC quashed 3 criminal cases against X user @Nallabalu for tweets critical of the Congress govt, ruling them as legitimate political expression. Justice N Tukaramji issued guidelines for police and courts to prevent undue criminalisation of political posts on social media in future cases.
