Delhi High Court: Procedure Aids Justice But Cannot Be Ignored For Substantive Rights - (11 Sep 2025)

Delhi HC observed that while procedure supports justice and technicalities shouldn’t infringe substantive rights, procedural rules cannot be “trashed” in the name of protecting those rights. Both procedure and substantive rights must be balanced to ensure fair and proper justice.
