Karnataka HC: Possession Warrant of Secured Asset Not Affected By Third-Party Rights - (11 Sep 2025)

Karnataka HC ruled that secured assets under SARFAESI Act are not subject to third-party rights. Claims by third parties cannot be raised before a magistrate under Section 14; instead, they must file an appeal under Section 17 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal for redressal.
