SC: Bid Can't Be Rejected For Missing Document Not Required in the Tender Notice - (10 Sep 2025)

SC held that a bid under a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) can't be rejected for not submitting a document not mandated in the NIT. It ruled that tender authorities cannot add conditions beyond those clearly specified in the tender, ensuring transparency and fairness.
