Supreme Court Defers Surendra Gadling’s Bail Again; 17 Adjournments over Two Years - (08 Sep 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court adjourned human rights lawyer Surendra Gadling’s bail plea for the 17th time since August 2023. The bench of Justices Maheshwari and Chandran deferred the hearing after Additional Solicitor General SV Raju said he was “not ready.”
