MP HC Upholds Detention of Man Who Fired Pistol in Residential Area Posted Video Online - (08 Sep 2025)

MP High Court upheld detention of a man under National Security Agency for firing a pistol in a residential area and uploading the video. With multiple criminal cases against him, the court said his actions threatened public order and created fear, justifying his detention to maintain peace.
