Child's Emotional Attachment with Grandparents Not Enough to Deny Custody to Parents: Bombay HC. - (08 Sep 2025)

Bombay HC ruled that a child's custody can't be granted to grandparents solely due to emotional attachment, which doesn’t outweigh biological parents' rights. The court allowed a father's habeas corpus plea after grandparents refused to hand over custody.
