Delhi Court Stops Journalists from Publishing 'Defamatory', 'Unverified' Reports against Adani. - (08 Sep 2025)

Delhi court has temporarily barred journalists and two websites from publishing unverified and defamatory content against the Adani Group. The judge held a prima facie case in Adani's favor, citing potential reputational harm and media trial, and issued an interim injunction.
